We have a proud and hard won track record of service level excellence. We allocate dedicated Account Managers, who oversee the entire service delivery for our customers, meeting them regularly to gain feedback and discuss performance.
We implement a scorecard system which rates our technicians on a number of important factors such as Health and Safety, first time fix, response times and compliance. These KPIs are monitored regularly and the results used to drive forward continuous improvement plans.
