Co-op Asset Building Maintenance
Providing a 24 hr planned and reactive maintenance service for over 1300 Co-op stores, 11 major Distribution Centres & Funeralcare facilities across the country
CBES have been partnered with the Co-op for over ten years on various construction & refrigeration projects, in 2020, we commenced a new 'Tech in Van' maintenance service with the Co-op to provide reactive and planned maintenance for over 1300 stores and Funeralcare facilities across the country. Our team of dedicated field engineers provide a 24/7 365 service to the Co-op all coordinated by our service desk team
Jobs are despatched to our engineers in the field or where necessary a specialist sub-contractor. The team has a strong work ethic and employs planned preventative maintenance to help mitigate potential issues with assets before they occur.
The team are responsible for maintaining the building fabric and carrying out repairs wherever necessary we also have highly trained electricians and gas engineers working on the team to maintain equipment & address any specific issues in those areas.
We co-ordinate reactive and planned maintenance for 1300 stores and Funeralcare facilities and 11 major distribution centres throughout the UK.

All maintenance activity passes through the Service Desk. Although availability can fluctuate throughout each day, we always have an up-to-the-minute picture, to manage reputation and revenue risk.
Our Service Desk teams are embedded within the customer's team and culture, and have built a great relationship with the customer's maintenance and delivery teams to keep Co-op's services running smoothly.
