Our Energy & Innovation (E&I) team skill sets, experience, understanding and relationships to conceive, investigate, identify, develop, deliver and support Energy saving technologies. The team have made good use of the relationships and resources available within the business to make a significant difference for our clients in terms of sustainability, energy and cost savings.
The team works in close partnership with our clients, and being mindful of the Circular economy, identify, develop, trial and rollout energy saving initiatives across businesses large and small, among them significant retail estates including Asda, Morrisons, M&S, Co-op and BP.
Our Services
- Deep dive energy audit either through ESOS assessment or stand-alone review. The team undertake comprehensive discussions with the client to identify business specific concerns and issues which may be alleviated in addition to energy saving.
- Identification of potential projects in collaboration with client. Many projects offer numerous additional benefits from staff comfort to improved customer experience. At CBES and particularly in E&I we firmly believe in a collaborative approach to doing business. By working together with our clients we find and deliver constructive solutions to their particular needs and requirements in a cost effective and efficient way.
- One site initial trial including identification and monitoring of success criteria in conjunction with client
- Iterative development process to ensure the final solution and installation fits with what the client requires and achieves the best results possible.
- Fully transparent verification of energy savings to an international standard.
- Management of subsequent rollout of all aspects of project from procurement and design through to project management, installation and maintenance. This is done through our eight regional offices with national coverage overseen by the Energy & Innovations team in order to ensure consistency of approach and delivery.
