We have worked in tandem with IQA, a leading provider of utility contracting services to distribution network operators, supporting their business in areas such as competence, systems development and compliance with the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM).

IQA had a specific training need for working with unlicensed asbestos products whilst undertaking electrical HV/LV installations, we worked closely with them at their dedicated training centre to deliver accredited UKATA Cat B training bespoke to their project and workload needs. Which allowed their teams to work operate safely and compliantly in their client’s premises.

As a business IQA recognise the importance of having the foundation of robust systems and procedures to support their operations and came to us to review and revise for implementation a dovetailed management system for their CDM and asbestos procedures. This was supplemented by a ‘root and branch’ review of their site operations to seek lean opportunities for utilisation for their site teams and management support.
