Sound and effective safety management relies on our people and as such we ensure they have the capabilities and competencies to deliver safety. Project safety is achieved via detailed pre project planning and implemented within a dedicated Site Safety Plan, that provides the framework for the management of HSEQ throughout the duration of all our projects.

Our objective is to continuously improve our project delivery and to provide our stakeholders with confidence and transparency in our management of HSEQ.
We hold accreditation to BS OHSAS 18001 and are committed too, and are currently in the process of, achieving ISO 9001:2008 accreditation. We have targeted 2010 as the year we will deliver ISO 14001.
Supply chain safety
We seek to ensure that all our supply chain actively works with us to ensure the maintenance of safe working practices. We undertake rigorous evaluation of our supply chain, requiring demonstration of competence and ability to manage H&S for all works.

Fraser Allan heads our Risk Management function which encompasses Health, Safety, Environment and Quality and is supported by six regional advisors who provide expertise and support to the business and our site management teams.
